Celebrity media reporter Cao Youli reported from Busan, South Korea: The third International Celebrity and Master Certification Ceremony and the "Peace and Art Exhibition" in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations in 2025 were successfully held in Busan, South Korea. The event was supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea, the Busan Metropolitan Government, the Busan Metropolitan Council, the New Asia-Pacific Cultural and Arts Federation, the Busan Chinese Immigrant Association, celebrity media, and others, and was organized by the International Cultural and Arts Celebrities and Masters Association (Society).
At the certification ceremony held on the first floor of the International Art Center, various speeches were given by notable figures, including Kim Chang-hwan, Chairman of the International Comprehensive Art Promotion Association and the International Cultural and Arts Celebrities and Masters Association (Society), Do Yong-bok, Honorary Chairman of the International Cultural and Arts Celebrities and Masters Association (Society), Luan Min, President of the New Asia-Pacific Cultural and Arts Federation, and a former chairman of the Busan Metropolitan Council.

Subsequently, Kim Chang-hwan, Chairman of the International Comprehensive Art Promotion Association and the International Cultural and Arts Celebrities and Masters Association (Society), and Do Yong-bok, Honorary Chairman, among others, presented certificates to 64 certified celebrities and masters.

During the certification ceremony, performances by renowned artists, including Cho Chul-hyun, a National Intangible Cultural Heritage Transmitting Educator of South Korea, were interspersed as a form of celebration. Kim Young-gwang, a representative of the International Art Center, hosted the certification ceremony, which was witnessed by over 200 guests on-site.

Simultaneously, on the second floor of the International Art Center, the five-day "Peace and Art Exhibition" in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations in 2025 was held. At the exhibition, artists expressed their hopes for world peace and extended heartfelt congratulations and respect for the achievements of the United Nations since its founding 80 years ago through their artworks.

Thirty-five years ago, the International Comprehensive Art Promotion Association was established as a non-profit organization and launched international art exchange activities in South Korea for the first time. To cultivate international artistic talent, it has successfully held 19 editions of the International Comprehensive Art Exhibition for new writers both domestically and internationally. The association has frequently organized and planned international art exhibitions to promote new artists on the international stage, as well as the International Outstanding Writers Invitational Exhibition, which features only selected distinguished writers. Chairman Kim Chang-hwan himself is a world-renowned figure. To supplement governmental functions, discover more outstanding young talents from various countries and fields, and certify celebrities and masters, he co-founded the International Cultural and Arts Celebrities and Masters Association (Society) in 2022 with prominent figures from South Korea’s literary and artistic circles. Partnering with the New Asia-Pacific Cultural and Arts Federation, they aim to provide more international platforms and stages for artists from around the world to showcase their work.
